During a vessels time in the port, we work with the shipowner based on the principle of representation. This includes filing of applications, consulting, preparing permitting documentation for coastal passage, organize the maintenance and supplies for the vessel, advise and preparing the necessary documentation as per the requirements of sanitary (quarantine), immigration, phytosanitary, veterinary, customs, transport, migration and all other marine work.
We act on behalf of the shipowner dealing with the local supervisory authorities, Rosmorrechflot, Federal Customs Service, Federal Security Service, Ministry of Defense, Federal Migration Service, port authorities, terminals and other entities.
Interaction with reliable international insurance companies allows us to act as the intermediary representing the shipowners’ interests.
