About Us

The "Pacific Arctic Network" company ("Pacific Network" 1991−2021) has been operating and servicing maritime transportation, cruise tourism and other maritime related activities for over 30 years.

Our business reputation and 30 years of accumulated knowledge in all areas are due to our high level of provided services, efficiency, knowledge of the current situation in ports, in-depth analysis of maritime transport operations, compliance with international maritime private law, Russian and international legislation and terms of the agency agreements.

Our office is located in close proximity to the seaport in the center of the Kamchatka regional capital of the Russian Far East.

We provide a full range of ship agency services for vessels flying under the Russian flag as well as foreign vessels.

December 17, 1992 – the first call of a foreign flagged vessel, transport refrigerator Skylark at the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

The company has been specializing in inbound cruise tourism since 1993 and is actively developing the promotion of national tourism products to the foreign and domestic Russian markets.

Our achievements
Since 1993, for over a 30-year operation period with the help of our three hundred employees, the Pacific Network company (in 2021 renamed Pacific Arctic Network) has shown steady growth and effective dynamics in the development of expeditionary cruise shipping in the Far East, White sea and in the Russian Arctic.
In 1993 we organized and carried out the first port call of the foreign flagged passenger cruise ship “Caledonian Sky” (operated by Noble Caledonia) at the port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, as a part of a cruise in the territorial waters of the Russian Federation;

70 foreign and Russian passenger ships operated by 38 foreign cruise companies and tour operators have been serviced by our company.

  • a full range of services in the field of maritime, ship agency, supply and maintenance of merchant and fishing fleet vessels; crew and passengers in the Arctic zone and the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation, organization and implementation of all operations related to the vessels stay in the port, berthing, launching, departure from the port, including: pilotage, towing and mooring operations.

  • a full range of services in the field of maritime, ship agency, supply and maintenance of merchant and fishing fleet vessels; crew and passengers in the Arctic zone and the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation, organization and implementation of all operations related to the vessels stay in the port, berthing, launching, departure from the port, including: pilotage, towing and mooring operations.

  • inward and outward clearances committee at berth (at anchor), interaction with immigration, customs and quarantine services; monitoring the progress of loading (unloading) the vessel, facilitating scheduled operations; settlement of disputes and claims; dealing with all the necessary cargo paperwork: bills of lading, cargo manifests, general acts, timesheets etc; organization of ship chandler service, repair work, bunkering, delivery of spare parts and consumables; supply of food and drinking water, garbage removal, removal of bilge and ballast water; ship supplies; provision of stevedoring, crane, hoisting works; organization of storage and security of cargo; assistance in providing additional equipment for unloading/loading.
